Experiences for People in Nonprofits

As a nonprofit ourselves, we recognize the unique challenges you face.  uLEAD’s experiences for nonprofit organizations are designed to maximize team effectiveness through interactive challenges and learning opportunities.  Whether working with resilient youth, student leadership groups, or administrative teams, all uLEAD experiences are focused on developing skills for servant leadership.  We are also committed to creating experiences that address the specific needs and challenges of your group.

Experiences for staff and administrative teams are created to gain insight to each other’s personalities, increase effective communication, and acquire skills that increase team performance and problem solving strategies.

If your team can get off site for the day, then uLEAD has two outstanding venues at Pierceton Woods and Quaker Haven Camp.  Both venues include low and high ropes courses, meeting space, as well as food and lodging.  We are also prepared to travel to your location if that better suits your needs, whether in the classroom, conference room, gymnasium, sports field, or meeting space of your choosing.

uLEAD experiences can be customized to include; teaching points, assessments, experiential initiatives, group challenges per client requests and desired outcomes.
