Originally hailing from Brookfield, Wisconsin, Micah entered the world of experiential programming at Village Creek Camp in the summer of 2003. This experience ignited a passion for helping individuals identify their strengths and how theses strengths could be maximized to serve their community. These experiences led Micah to pursue and complete a Bachelor’s in Recreation, Parks, and Leisure and a Master’s degree in Experiential Education at Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN. As a graduate assistant and training facilitator in Minnesota State’s Adventure Education Program, Micah further develop the skills needed to take on the role of professional facilitator for leadership, growth, and change.
Micah has been married for 3 years and loves creating and going on new adventures with his wife and their Tibetan terrier puppy, Penny. In his spare time he enjoys spending free time road biking, reading, finding new music and foods
