Experiences for People in Education

uLEAD experiences are highly interactive, evidence-based, fun, and designed to keep everyone emotionally engaged in the process.  Whether working with resilient youth, student leadership groups, sports teams, teachers, or administrative teams, all uLEAD experiences are focused on specific needs and challenges of the group while developing skills for servant leadership.

Current focus areas include: anti-bullying, growing GRIT, social & emotional learning, positive deviance, and servant leadership.  Experiences can be customized to include: teaching points, assessments, experiential initiatives, and group challenges per client requests and desired outcomes.

If your team can get out of the office or classroom for the day, then uLEAD has two outstanding venues at Pierceton Woods and Quaker Haven Camp.  Both venues include low and high ropes courses, meeting space, as well as food and lodging.  We are also prepared to travel to your school if that better suits your needs, whether in the classroom, conference room, gymnasium, sports field, or meeting space of your choosing.

Growth assessments are also available as components of the experience - ranging from 3-hours to semester-long depending on the desired learning outcomes.
